BS POWER SAVING SERIES
The BS POWER SAVING Series, with toggle clamping system, is supplied in 16 models with a clamping force that varies from 60 to 1800 tons.
A gears pump combined with a permanent magnets servo motor grants high performance as well as up to 70% energy saving, compared to a traditional injection molding machine.
The BS SAVING Series is perfect for molding technical details.
BU TWO PLATEN SERIES
The BU TWO PLATEN Series is available in 14 models with a clamping force that ranges from 500 to 6800 tons.
Thanks to the two-platen clamping system, this series machine is extremely compact and with reduced dimensions, granting at the same time a wide space tie bars and platens. The BU TWO PLATEN Series is perfect for molding large size and great depths pieces.
BI POWER SAVING SERIES
The BI POWER SAVING Series, thanks to the sistem with permanent magnet servo motor, inverter and gear pump, significantlyn reduces energy consumption by up to 70% compared to conventional system. Cycle times reduction, energy efficiency, precision and reliability allow a significant decrease in production costs.
V SERIES (VERTICAL BOTH CLAMPING AND INJECTION UNIT)
The V Series is available with fixed, rotary or sliding table, with two or more stations as well as a clamping force that ranges from 3 to 500 tons.
VH SERIES (VERTICAL CLAMPING UNIT AND HORIZONTAL INJECTION UNIT)
The VH Series is supplied in different versions: with fixed, rotary or sliding table, with two or more stations as well as a clamping force that ranges from 35 to 160 tons.
VC SERIES (WITHOUT TIE BARS)
The VC Series is the version with no tie bars. It is available with fixed, rotary or sliding table, with two or more stations as well as a clamping force that varies from 35 to 160 tons.
Vertical clamping unit.
Both vertical and horizontal injection unit, depending on the client needs.
V4-2C SERIES (MULTI COLOR AND MULTI COMPONENT)
The V4-2C Series is equipped with fixed or rotary table, with one or more stations. The clamping unit with the hydraulic piston is vertical, while any combination of the injection unit (max. 4) can be configured both in vertical and horizontal, depending on the client demands. The clamping force differs from 40 to 500 tons.
BD HYBRID AND ELECTRIC SERIES
The BD Hybrid and Electric Series is available in 8 models with a clamping force that ranges from 90 to 460 tons. Compared to the belt drive system, the servo motor as well as clamping unit direct drive considerably increases the closing and opening speed of the toggle.
Our Robots
The 3/5-Axis Robots guarantee high speed, thus reduced cycle times, the installation on the machine as well as cost savings. Perfect for limited space, they are also a perfect solution for overweight loads.
The swing-arm Robot, suitable for injection moulding machines from 50tons to 200tons, allows to pick the sprue and the moulded piece up and release them, thanks to its servo-electric vertical axis.

The BD Hybrid and Electric Series is available in 8 models with a clamping force that ranges from 90 to 460 tons. Compared to the belt drive system, the servo motor as well as clamping unit direct drive considerably increases the closing and opening speed of the toggle.
