The installation of a gears pump combined with a permanent magnets servo motor, allows the motor to run at low speed and keeps the pump in torque, obtaining at the same time high pressure. while at the same time the pump is continually working.
This assures a constant high pressure while saving energy.
These features allow the machine to bear high pressure without causing neither overload nor energetic overheating.
As a result, compared to the hydraulic traditional injection moulding machines, the BS power saving series saves up to 70% energy.
