The Series VC main characteristic/feature for insert over-moulding is the lack of tie bars. Its hydraulic piston clamping unit can be vertical only, while its injection unit can be installed both vertical and horizontal, depending on your specific needs. The waste range of tons for its hydraulic piston clamping force is from 35 to 160. Series VC can be also provided with fixed table, double shuttle sliding or rotary table.
Series VC-SD is supplied with a double shuttle table. While the machine is injecting at the first station, the user/robot can unload the moulded pieces and/or inserts at the second station (mid lower mould platen). At the end of this stage, the table shifts and a new cycle is ready to restart, avoiding waste of time during the manufacturing.
Series VC-R is provided with double shuttle rotary table and its working cycle is very similar to the Series VC-SD. With the appropriate adjustments, the vertical injection moulding machines can be used for rubber moulding, thermosetting as well as for LSR (liquid silicone).
We also offer you the Power Saving Series which, thanks to its servo-motors, combines the best quality and performance of both hydraulic and electrical technology in order to reduce energy and manufacturing costs.
